NK Performance was founded in 2014 by Viktor Nikolai Senior – initially named differently and mainly focused on the garage business. Since then, Erik Nikolai has been involved in the company as well: In 2014, he started an apprenticeship as an automotive salesman, which he successfully completed in 2017. At the same time, Viktor Nikolai Junior completed a dual study program for a Bachelors degree in automotive trade, followed by an apprenticeship as a Mechatronics Technician.
In 2020, Erik and Viktor Nikolai took over the management of the family business and renamed the company to “NK Performance”. They decided to completely rebrand the company, renovating the entire showroom and changing purchasing and sales strategy.
